We’re looking for a B2B sales professional who enjoys hunting, is coachable, and wants to grow in an industry with a steep (but rewarding) learning curve.

What this role looks like

• Prospecting and developing new B2B accounts
• Managing multi-step orders with many moving parts
• Learning a wide range of products, decoration methods, and timelines
• Working closely with management and production to ensure accuracy
• Being open to feedback, coaching, and structure
• Building long-term client relationships — not just transactions
