We hope this finds everyone happily enjoying these long, hot days of summer to the fullest! August has always seemed bitter sweet to me as we know that September and all that goes with it are just around the corner. Enjoy each day to the fullest right now!
Normally, we release our Toque sale in late August or early September. This year we sent it out at the end of June. The reason we did so is that we are adapting and trying to share with you the new reality for our industry. Simply put…the early bird DOES get the worm!
There seems to be no end in sight for the stock shortages our vendors are experiencing. In addition, freight is taking longer and costing more. As such, for the time being, we have now had to adjust our normal turnaround to being 20-25 days from the time you approve your art.
We will ALWAYS try to assist with last minute requests but most importantly, we never want to disappoint you!
As your trusted advisor, our plea to you today is to start thinking and discussing your Christmas plans and winter clothing needs with us today so that we can ensure delivery to you in a timely matter. We just ordered our own Christmas swag which is about two months earlier than usual. Ho Ho Ho!
