For events like tradeshows that are often held in the spring and summer, it’s a good rule of thumb to start ordering your items at least 4 weeks in advance to give enough time for production and shipping. Even better if you start earlier to allow plenty of time for us to source those perfect items that will leave a lasting impression. You can’t see into the future, but you can certainly prepare for it.
